BFA provided master planning and schematic design for a 182,000 square foot mixed-use development proposal intended to be built on a 111,000 square foot waterfront site in downtown Sechelt. The building was designed with a restaurant, cafe, commercial units, and podium, along with a 140,000 square foot tower, accommodating a boutique hotel on lower levels with luxury apartments above.
