Porpoise Bay

The project consists 32 townhomes, master planned and sited on 8.92 acres of land with nearly 1,000 feet of shorefront in Porpoise Bay Provincial Park, Sechelt. The development takes into account the natural contours, existing trees and views and includes a marine park and public sea wall. The architectural vocabulary of the buildings is West Coast Contemporary, with generous glazing, deep roof overhangs, carefully detailed wood columns, brackets and exposed timber structural elements.
