Crescent Court

Located at the peak of Burnaby Mountain in the UniverCity neighbourhood at SFU, Crescent Court covers an entire block. The development includes two stepped high-rise residential towers—one 15 storeys and the other 20 storeys, totaling 257 units—with 14 townhomes arced along University Crescent. The development features a public pathway through the site across a raised landscape podium, providing a link to the SFU Campus and surrounding neighbourhood. Green roofs are used throughout the project and feature on all townhouses. The communal central courtyard is an extensive greenroof over the parkade, anchoring the development to its mountainous context and the existing pedestrian networks
