BFA STUDIO Architects are seeking dedicated candidates to join our boutique Architectural & Interior Design Studio located in the Marine Building downtown Vancouver. Our portfolio of work features an extensive and diverse range of mixed use, residential, seniors, commercial and industrial projects over the past 27 years.
POSITION QUALIFICATION & RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful applicant will work closely with the principals of the firm on construction drawings and detailing as well as contract administration of projects.
We are looking for the following attributes:
- Architectural Building Technology Diploma from recognized post-secondary institutions.
- Candidates must be registered with the AIBC or eligible to register with the AIBC.
- Proficiency in Autocad, Revit and Sketchup is required.
- Full dedication in construction documentation and contract administration phases of projects.
- Excellent knowledge & proven experience in producing working drawings and detailing.
- Ability to perform under deadlines both independently and in team environment.
- Minimum 3 years of solid local experience.
- Good communication & coordination skills and fluency in English.
