BFA Studio Architects Receives Urban Design Institute Award for Excellence in Senior Housing.
BFA Studio Architects is proud to announce that Sunrise at Lonsdale Square has been honored with the Urban Design Institute’s Award for Excellence in the Senior Housing/Healthcare category.
Located at 2141 Eastern Avenue in North Vancouver, Sunrise at Lonsdale Square is a state-of-the-art assisted, long-term care and memory care residence for seniors. This prestigious accolade recognizes the project’s innovative approach to addressing the critical needs of seniors while prioritizing safety, accessibility, social connection, comfort, and personalization.

The Urban Design Institute presented the award at its annual ceremony in December 2024, celebrating projects that significantly contribute to urban development and enhance community well-being.
