Situated on the corner of Hornby Street and Burrard Street in Vancouver, Electra gives life to an adaptive re-use of 1950’s landmark office tower with heritage designation. Updated and extensive glazing in combination with distinctive awning features, the project provides new office and retail use within an office building that had previously had the upper floors converted to residential use.
