Situated next to the Trans-Canada Highway in Coquitlam, Shine Autowash and Storguard is comprised of a 6,200 square foot carwash and a 58,550 square foot partially glazed mini-storage building. The development utilizes an environmental and design-driven approach—including art by Indigenous, Coast Salish artist Aubrey LaFortune—to create a functional and socially responsible project with a rich aesthetic.
