Located in an existing waterfront condominium tower, BFA were commissioned to provide full architectural services for the renovation of two units of 3,000 and 1,600 square feet. Both units were re-designed by BFA to function as the client’s retirement residences, including full kitchen and the entertainment and family areas to create the heart of two eclectic and elegant waterfront condominiums.
Using a modern “ship-like” design that capitalizes on the beautiful views from the suite, every aspect of the project was produced with the client’s full participation and customized for accessibility and a balance of natural and generated light.
The renovation’s design reflects the client’s sophisticated international lifestyle, offering contemporary lines, functionality, and durable natural materials.
